Today we received a great success from Josh Radnor. You can watch him on Monday nights as Ted on 'How I Met Your Mother'. I love that show, it's so cute & funny. He sent us 3 color 8x10 photos. One for each of my boys and one for me. He put great inscriptions on each one. It was really nice. :)

Lindsay Lohan - 09/25/06

Today we received a great success from Lindsay Lohan (Herbie Fully Loaded, Mean Girls, The Parent Trap). She graciously signed and inscribed all 3 of our Herbie pics, which is one of Ethan's favorite movies. We wrote to her via a movie set back in July. :)

Emily Van Camp - 09/21/06

Today we received a happy & sad success. We had written to Emily Van Camp via a movie set in New Mexico. I've been a fan of hers since Glory Days and most recently from Everwood, one of my favorite tv shows. She graciously signed and inscribed 4 photos for us. One for each of my boys and me, and a 4th one for my friend Don. Well, unfortunately they were delivered FedEx and not in my SASE. So our lovely FedEx guy left them on the fountain full of water on the front porch instead of somewhere smart like in the screen door. So by the time we got home they had fallen in the fountain and were soaked. Dylan's photo turned out the worst. His has water stains all over her face and arms. Mine & Ethan's are just around the edge and Don's is a huge spot on one of the corners. Unfortunately they're done filming. But the inscriptions were great and I was very happy to have heard back from her. I promised Dylan I'd try again someday and get him a photo that doesn't look so bad. :)

Today we received a great success from Melissa George (The Amityville Horror, Alias, Thieves, Derailed). I think she is quite a beautiful and talented actress. She graciously signed all 3 of our photos. One for each of my boys and one for me. :)

Today we received a great success from Justin Long (Herbie Fully Loaded, Jeepers Creepers). We wrote to him via a movie set recently and he graciously signed all 3 of our 'Herbie' pics and also signed a 4th photo for my friend Don. I just love his smile and Ethan was so excited, he absolutely loves all the Herbie movies. :)

Samuel L Jackson - 09/05/06

Today we received a great success from Samuel L Jackson. We wrote to him via a movie set recently and he graciously signed all 3 of our 'Mace Windu/Star Wars' photos. One for each of my boys and one for me. I love so many of his movies and my boys are huge Star Wars fans so we were all pretty excited. :)

Bruce Campbell - 08/15/06

Today was a shocker. We wrote to Bruce Campbell (Coach Boomer in Sky High, Ash in Evil Dead) via a movie set recently. And believe it or not, he sent back our 4 photos signed. He signed all 3 of our Sky High photos, one for each of my boys and me and also signed a 4th photo for my brother (an Evil Dead photo). I know he is notorious for not signing through the mail, so you can understand how excited I was to receive all our photos back. :) WooHoo!!!!

Shuler Hensley - 08/14/06

Today we received a great success from Shuler Hensley aka Frankenstein's Monster in Van Helsing. I love that movie, so does my oldest son Dylan. So we were pretty excited to get a reply back from Shuler. He signed and inscribed all 3 of our Frankenstein photos. One for each of my boys and one for me. :)

Today we received a great success from Tony Shalhoub (Cars, Spy Kids, Men in Black, etc). He is quite a funny actor and we love so many of the movies he's been in. Today we received a success from Josh Holloway. He is quite well known for his portrayal of 'Sawyer' on the tv show 'Lost'. Which I absolutely love. Sawyer is one of my favorite characters on the show. We wrote to him via the 'Lost' set. He signed and inscribed all 3 of our photos. One for each of my boys and one for me. :)

Today we received a wonderful success thanks to our great friend, Don. Don was able to meet Ian Somerhalder at his play in NYC last December. He left our photos with Ian, which we received today, signed and inscribed. WooHoo!! :)

Today we received an great success from James Franco. You may recognize him from Freaks & Geeks, Spider-man, or Tristan & Isolde to name a few. He is a very talented actor, in my opinion. He signed and inscribed all 3 of our photos. One for each of my boys and one for me. :)

Today we received a great success from Clive Owen. One of my favorites movies of his is 'King Arthur'. Dylan is totally fascinated with the movie also. So this was a really nice success. I've tried him quite a few times now, so was a bit surprised to see he finally signed for us. He signed & inscribed all 3 of our 'King Arthur' photos. One for each of my boys and one for me. :)

Today we received our first success from the movie 'Cars'. Ethan was so excited when we opened the envelope, that is one of his favorite movies. We wrote to Larry the Cable Guy via a movie set recently. And he graciously signed all 3 of our 'Mater' photos. One for each of my boys and one for me. And he put the biggest smile on Ethan's face in doing so. :)

Malcolm David Kelley

We wrote to Malcolm a couple of different times via the 'Lost' set. He plays Walt on the show. He's a very talented young man. The first time he sent us 1 8x10 ISP and the second time we wrote he signed and inscribed all 3 of our 'Walt' photos. :)

Kristin Kreuk

We wrote to her via the 'Smallville' set when the show first started. She sent us 3 signed and inscribed photos. I think she is perfect as 'Lana' and can't wait until next season starts. :)

Kate Bosworth

My boys and I love the movie 'Blue Crush'. I think Kate is quite beautiful and I'm looking forward to seeing her in the new 'Superman' movie. She signed and inscribed all 3 of our 'Blue Crush' photos. :)

Kate Beckinsale

We wrote to Kate via her agency in London. I love so many of her movies. The first movie of hers that really sticks out in my mind is Brokedown Palace. I cry everytime I watch it. I also loved her in Pearl Harbor, Underworld 1 & 2, and my boys & I love watching her in Van Helsing. She sent back 1 of our photos signed. So I'll keep trying until I get an autograph for each of us. :)

Well, this one is sort of a bummer, an expected one but you can never give up hope. :) My great friend, Don, personally gave her an envelope with 3 photos, letter, & sase for my boys and me. He knows what a huge Buffy the Vampire Slayer nut I am and we thought it was worth a try. Well today we received 1 b/w 8x10 preprint of her and no sign of our photos. Oh well, maybe next time.
